CP was retained to design the foundation and pre-engineered metal building consisting of warehousing and office space. This two-story building, which is located in Sparta Township, is being built on spec and will be 37,488 sq ft. Additionally, CP has also designed all of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for this project.
As part of the upgrade to the Oxford Wastewater Treatment Facility, CP provided Architectural Design for a 2,300 square foot pre-engineered steel building to house tertiary filters, RAS & WAS pumping, chemical feed systems, and motor control centers. In addition, CP designed a 1,000 square foot pre-engineered steel, two-bay garage building. These building provided a cost-effective alternative to convention buildings and also allowed for expediated construction to meet an NJDEP mandated compliance deadline.
